Steps to make Bacon wrapped meatloaf:
  1. Mix all the ingredients but beef mince in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the mince and combine well. Shape into a loaf and put in an oven dish (wrap in bacon if you want).
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Wap the weave around the beef loaf shaped mixture. Flip the bacon wrapped meat loaf upside down,making the ends of the bacon tuck under the loaf. Place the loaf in the center of the oven on a cookie sheet. Fold any overhanging bacon over the top of the loaf pan. Flip the loaf pan onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
