Steps to make Cabbage soup:
  1. Heat oil n fry garlic in them.
  2. Saute onions till translucent.
  3. Add the cumin, corriander,pepper,garam masala and chilly powder.
  4. Add carrot to the masala mix and fry for a minute.
  5. Add pulped tomatoes. Once the colour deepens add the cabbage and some water, salt and cook.
  6. Season with oregano and basil and Serve hot.
