Instructions to make Enjoy Lots of Mizuna:
  1. Wash mizuna greens and drain. Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.
  2. Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.
  3. Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds. Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.
  4. Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.
  5. Mix well when you eat.
  6. Extra: Place it on hot steamed rice. It taste yummy like an easy fried rice.

You digest these foods quicker than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
