  9. Make ready 1 fresh lemon juice

Slice Ahi Tuna steak into small chunks and place evenly in a small cup depending on the size of the desired product so that it is covered. Place tuna, marinade and sesame seeds in mixing bowl. While marinating, assemble "tower" base with avocado and pineapple. Pan-Seared Tuna with Avocado, Soy, Ginger, and Lime.

Instructions to make Fresh ahi tuna tartar:
  1. Cut cucumber into half inch round pieces making look like little columns and scoop out the seeds being careful not to go to deep
  2. Next dice up the tuna in 1/4 inch pieces adding little salt and pepper to taste and adding sesame oil to taste
  3. Now dice the tomatoes in 1/4 inch pieces and now the avocado and use the lemon juice to keep it from turning brown salt and pepper to taste
  4. Now put a little bit of tomato in the cucumber then avocado then tuna and then garnish with sprouts on top and drizzle the balsamic glaze and spicy mayo serve chilled
  5. You can make this 30 min before your guests arrive just don't put the balsamic glaze or spicy mayo on till ready to serve to your guests

While marinating, assemble "tower" base with avocado and pineapple. Pan-Seared Tuna with Avocado, Soy, Ginger, and Lime. Ahi Tuna Tartar with Sesame Asparagus Vinaigrette. Garnish with scallion and poppy seed mixture. This is a great recipe for using up bits and pieces of fresh sushi-grade tuna.

These are two substances that increase the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.

Some grains are actually excellent for fighting off bad moods. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are great at helping you feel happier. They help you feel full as well which can really help to make your mood better. Feeling starved can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are easy for your body to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Research has proved that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
