These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods also. It’s not hard to feel low when you feel hungry! They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Studies have found that this particular amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while relaxing the rest of your body.
