Steps to make Enjoy Lots of Mizuna:
  1. Wash mizuna greens and drain. Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.
  2. Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.
  3. Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds. Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.
  4. Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.
  5. Mix well when you eat.
  6. Extra: Place it on hot steamed rice. It taste yummy like an easy fried rice.

It’s easy to drive away your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all great for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy for your body to digest and process. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Studies prove that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you become better. Now you know that green tea helps you to raise your moods as well!
