Steps to make Rejuvenating Sesame Marinated Bonito:
  1. Mix all of the ★ ingredients together.
  2. Thickly slice the bonito into 5mm thick pieces. Add the marinade from Step 1, mix it up a bit and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion thinly and lightly rinse with water. Cut the radish sprouts in half.
  4. Put on the onion slices at the bottom, bonito on top, and garnish with radish sprouts.

These grains fill you up better and that can help improve your moods as well. It’s not difficult to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is loaded with a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body.
