  1. Add the pork offcuts and marinade sauce into a bowl and rub the sauce into the meat. Leave to rest for a while. Wash the mizuna, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Add the meat from Step 1 and stir-fry.
