Studies have shown that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that green tea can help raise your mood too!
So you see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are terrible for you to feel better! Test out these suggestions instead!
