Steps to make Wet Fried Goat meat:
  1. Chop the beef and wash. Then put to boil with grated ginger and garlic for 20mins or until tender
  2. Drain excess water then add little oil then onions.
  3. Let them fry together for 2mins then add tomatoes and green pepper
  4. Mix for the tomatoes to soften then add salt
  5. Cook for 3min and serve with Ugali
