  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop the meat into preference pieces, wash and bring to boil.
  2. Chop onions and tomatoes, dice the carrots.

  4. When the water in the meat dries, add salt, oil and onions(saute) then add tomatoes and fry for 2mins,add spices. Add a little water and let it simmer for some minutes and turn of the heat.
  5. Wash and add rice to the boiling water with green peas. Let it cook and add in carrots 5min before removing, stir gently to mix everything. Turn the heat low, cover and let it cook completely.
