Instructions to make Butter fried goat meat:
  1. Heat the pan
  2. Melt butter
  3. Add the crushed garlic and let it cook until brown
  4. Add the pieces of the cut celery and stir for a minute
  5. Add the meat and let it cook covered for 10_15min
  6. Stir in the paprika, oregano and thyme, salt and cover for 3 more minutes
  7. Uncover the meat and let the juices evaporate.
  8. Serve hot with a meal of your choice
