It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are terrific at helping you have a happier mood. They fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. Feeling famished can really bring you down! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Studies have found that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You knew green tea could help you feel healthier. Now you are aware that it helps you to elevate your moods as well!
