Instructions to make Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushrooms Sautéed in Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise:
  1. Cut the king oyster mushrooms and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the mayonnaise in a frying pan, heat, then add the king oyster mushrooms and sauté until cooked through about 80 %. Add the komatsuna stems and continue to sauté.
  3. Add the komatsuna greens, then sauté until the vegetables are completely cooked though. Remove from heat, add the oyster sauce, evenly coat the vegetables, then it's ready to serve.
