Instructions to make Beef skewers a'la Stroganoff:
  1. Mix all of the ingredients from the marinade section
  2. Cut the steaks into big and even chunks (about 1 inch thick). Cover with the marinade and set it aside in room temp for about 30 min
  3. Mix all of the ingredients from the dip section
  4. Peel the shallots and cut the mushrooms into big chunks. Skewer the steak pieces, mushrooms and onions. Brush it all with the remaining marinade.
  5. Cook the skewers directly on the pre heated bbq (medium - high). Cook it for 4 -6 min from each side.
