Roll up the dough jelly roll style and pinch to seal. Place the rolls in the prepared pan. Heat until mixture is warm and butter is melted (it will start to slightly bubble around the edges of the pan), remove from heat and cool to lukewarm (this is important, because if it's too hot, it will kill the yeast). In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.

As the rolls bake, the milk sauce thickens up a bit into a fabulous custard. Remove from heat, and pour over top of rolls. You end up with super soft, fluffy and buttery rolls thanks to them. You can also use olive oil instead of butter to make the rolls lighter.

Foods That Make You Happy
In general, people have been taught to think that “comfort” foods are terrible for the body and need to be avoided. At times, if your comfort food is essentially candy or other junk foods, this is true. At times, comfort foods can be very nutritious and good for us to consume. There are some foods that basically can boost your moods when you consume them. When you are feeling a little down and need an emotional pick-me-up, test out a few of these.
Eggs, believe it or not, are terrific for helping you fight depression. Just see to it that you do not throw out the egg yolk. The yolk is the most essential part of the egg iwhen it comes to helping elevate your mood. Eggs, particularly the yolks, are loaded with B vitamins. B vitamins can truly help you raise your mood. This is because they improve the function of your brain’s neural transmitters (the parts of the brain that dictate how you feel). Consume an egg and feel better!
Make a trail mix out of seeds and/or nuts. Your mood can be raised by eating peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and other types of nuts. This is because seeds and nuts have lots of magnesium which increases your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is a feel-good chemical that dictates to the brain how to feel at any given moment. The higher your levels of serotonin, the happier you are going to feel. Nuts, in addition to elevating your mood, can be a super protein source.
Cold water fish are good if you are wanting to feel happier. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3s. These are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you fight your depression.
Some grains are really great for fighting off bad moods. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all great for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These grains can help you feel full for longer as well, which is a mood improver. It’s easy to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy to digest. You digest these foods quicker than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
Green tea is excellent for moods. You were just expecting to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while relaxing the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood as well!
