  1. Wash and cut taro into cubes then fry until golden brown. Then set aside
  2. Saute garlic and ginger then add ribs.Stir fry until golden brown add oyster sauce and water. Let it boil until the sauce almost gone. Then add taro and add water and simmer until taro is soft.
