  1. Prepare 250 gm arbi(taro root)
  2. Get 2 tablespoon oil
  3. Make ready 1 big size onion
  4. Take 2 tomato
  5. Make ready to taste Salt and red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1 tsp corinader Powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
  8. Get 1 tsp amchor(dry mango) Powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Get 1 tsp kasuri methi

Arbi is a starchy root vegetable, very similar to yams or potatoes. Arbi or taro roots can be made in many different ways - you can fry them as in this recipe, you can saute them or boil them. Steps to make Fry dry taro root arbi:
  1. Peel arbi & wash properly
  2. Cut any shape & spread salt on it mix well & leave for 10 minutes
  3. After 10 min wash again 2 times with softly rubed & put in a soup stranior
  4. Take a pan put 1 table spoon oil & fry arbi for 2 or 3 min
  5. After frying take out it from the pan now add cut onion & jeera oil in the pan fry till light brown
  6. Add salt chilli coriander powder & cut tomato in it
  7. Cover the mixture for 2 min and then mix arbi in it
  8. Properly mix arbi & masala add garammasala amchur powder kasuri methi
  9. Leave it for few min cover with lid it's ready to serve
