  15. Get Carrot (*cooked in salted water or sliced into thin strips)
  16. Prepare Japanese Pickles (radish, ginger, cucumber, etc.)
  17. Prepare Umeboshi, Natto

Steps to make Temaki-zushi:
  1. Cook Sushi Rice. See my 'Sushi Rice' recipe.
  2. Place Nori sheet on a plate, then spread small amount of Sushi Rice thinly, place some fillings on top the rice and roll up by hands and eat. Some people may wish to have some dipping Soy Sauce and Wasabi. Serve with hot Clear Soup (and cold wine!!!)
  3. There is no rule. Be creative and enjoy.

It’s not difficult to overcome your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping boost your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can really help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel low when you feel hungry! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood glucose which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Studies have shown that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
