Steps to make Tawa fry veggies:
  1. Boil arbi & potatoes & cut them in round shape & lady finger in two half & brinjal, bitter gourd in two half just cut in between
  2. Make tomatoes paste by add ginger garlic paste, chilli & onion
  3. Fry all the veggies
  4. Now make the gravy for tawa by heating the pan add oil & tomatoes paste & all spices & cook it well
  5. Now place all veggies on tawa
  6. Now take one veggie one time & mix well with gravy with little butter & water so that spices add well to veggies
  7. Heat the pan & Now place all veggies on tawa
  8. Before serving heat the gravy & mix with veggies whatever you want to eat
