Instructions to make Masaledar Arabi Colocasia:
  1. Peel the Arabi and cut into three slices. Sprinkle with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes wash the Arabi well, drain the water properly and dry with cloth.
  3. Place the arbi in a microwave safe shallow dish.
  4. Now add all ingredients mentioned above in the ingredient list in Arabi and mix well
  5. Microwave it uncovered for 2 minutes on high.
  6. Now take it out and mix well again to change the size of the Arabi. Now again microwave for 2 minutes without let on high
  7. Now add all the ingredients of the curd masala in hung curd. Mix well and add this curd into Arabi.
  8. Now cover the microwave safe dish and put it in a microwave. Microwave high 6 minutes
  9. Now leave for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy !!
