Instructions to make Sirloin Steak Bites and Eggs:
  1. Cut steak into 1 in. Cubes and place in med. bowl
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce , sugar, and seasoning to steak toss together and set aside.
  3. Slice Onion and Mushrooms and sauté in pan with EVOO
  4. Add in Steak sauté til steak is cooked to your preference

They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
