To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have chaliapin steak using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Chaliapin Steak:
  1. Make ready 2 medium sized beef tenderloin or sirloin steak
  2. Get 3 smalls onions
  3. Make ready 1 tablespoon japanese soy sauce
  4. Take 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil (Fry the steak)
  5. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter (stir fry the onions)
  6. Take 1 pinch salt
  7. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon grounded black pepper
  8. Make ready coarsely chopped parsley or coriander for garnish
  9. Take side dish veggies or salad as you like

Instructions to make Chaliapin Steak:
  1. Dice an onion into fine pieces.We're going to stir fry this and grate the rest of the onions.Put the grated one on the tray.We're going to use them for marinade.
  2. Put the meat on the cutting board.Use the mallet or the back of the big knife pound all over to increase the size of the meat and soften it.Flip it over and repeat the process.If you don't have the mallet.You can keep pounding the meat hard with the back of the knife and pierce all over the meat at the same time.
  3. Make the shallow grid cuts all over the meat on both side.The smaller the better but be careful not to cut them apart.
  4. Put the meat on the grated onion tray and cover them both side.Let them sit in the fridge for at least 20 mins.The longer you marinate the more tender steak you would have.
  5. While you're waiting for the marinated steak so prepare some veggies or your favorite side dish.I made Cheesy Baked Potatoes with Sausages.I also post this recipe as well.You can check it out.
  6. After you've finish the marinate time.Scrape of the grated onion out and combine them with the chopped onions in another bowl together.Melt the butter in the pan at medium heat and stir fry the onion untill lightly brown and set aside.
  7. Wipe some remaining butter out with the paper towel.Put the oil into the pan turn to a little low heat about 160 C and cook the steak until brown evenly.
  8. Put the steak on a plate with the veggies.Then stir fry the cooked onion with the steak gravy in the pan,add the japanese soy sauce and stir fry untill done.Pour the onion mixture onto the steak.Garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions and enjoy!!

The more serotonin in your brain, the more pleasant you’ll feel. Not just that, nuts, specifically, are a fantastic protein food source.

Cold water fish are excellent if you wish to feel happier. Tuna, trout, mackerel, herring and wild salmon are all full of omega-3 fats and DHA. These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly raise your mood.

Grains can be wonderful for fighting a terrible mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are fantastic at helping you have a happier mood. They help you feel full as well which can truly help to make your mood better. Feeling famished can be awful! These grains can improve your mood since it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood glucose which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You were sure it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood too!

As you can see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are not good for you just so to feel better! Try a couple of of these hints instead.
