Many of us have been taught to believe that comfort foods are bad and are to be avoided. Often, if your comfort food is basically candy or other junk foods, this is true. Other times, though, comfort foods can be altogether nutritious and it’s good for you to eat them. There are some foods that basically can boost your moods when you eat them. If you feel a little bit down and you need an emotional pick me up, try a number of these.
Eggs, you might be amazed to learn, are wonderful at fighting depression. Just make sure that you don’t get rid of the egg yolk.
